Snooze would easily be a 5 star if they solved the breakfast rush hour feeling ....... I don't want to have to plan ahead to get breakfast...
I love everything about this place other than the crazy crowds on my favorite/only morning for Saturday breakfast ....... I have left multiple times because of wait times ..
But I will Be honest it's a 5 star flavorful rush for me on Saturday morning!!!!!! If you can get in without a headache -

Overall, good brunch...but wait time today was 45 minutes to one hour at noon so that wasn't something to hype about.
Another thing, it seemed too busy that server seems to be in a rush which wasn't a great experience our first time. However, our server did do a good job on checking on us and getting our orders hurriedly and delivering drinks and items right away like an extra straw, napkin, and bill.
Best thing we ate: Juan's Breakfast Tacos
Second best: peach pancakes (this can taste like a peachy tres leches)
Third best: OMG French toast: wonderful flavor but very wet.
Decent, can't really go wrong: The Snooze Classic (we had bacon)
Others we tried not too impressed: Smashed Avocado Benny (maybe I messed it up by ordering Soyrizo with it-which I don't recommend). -

Enjoyed this place a lot! Great environment & friendly staff. Food was all delicious. Had two of their bloody Mary's: Spicy (my favorite) & their Bangkok. Both were delicious & came with tasty toppings. Their hash browns are amazing too!!
Food: Breakfast Pot pie was delicious but a little too sweet for my liking. Came on top of a fluffy pastry!
Pancake Flight- definitely recommend this!!! Chosen their Blueberry Danish, OG French Toast and (something off the menu) Cinnamon Roll. Their French toast will be the next meal because that was my favorite!!
Snooze Classic: recommend if you are looking for something simple! -

Able to visit on my trip to Houston, apparently thos is the spot for brunch. I advise to get here early for the wait can be ridiculous. We waited about 45 min for table of 4 people. The restaurant is a bit small so our stroller was left in the car. The waiter was really cool and patient. The food is decently priced at $10/plate. They also offer half sizes so you can mix and match to try their menu. Their sweet potato pancake was probably the best pancake I've ever had. Actually fluffy and not the expected mushy texture.

Not a place for a person on a diet. Prices aren't cheap but they give giant portions for everything. Plus the attention to flavor is certainly not ignored. Everything from the savory and sweet side of the menu looks really good. I do wish that they had more flavor options for their pancakes. If you do plan to stop by, make a reservation or else you will have to wait at least 20 minutes to get in, depending on your party size of course.
4 stars for flavor and portion sizes. They are usually super busy, so you won't always gets the best of service.
